It all sounds good..... all this forgiveness. Lets be honest though, do we ever forget? Does thinking about the hard ..... really hard moments ever go away? I don't want to be one of those people that holds on to the past, However, the "stuff" creeps back into my life most days. I know time heals the wounds, and each day I think less and less of the hard "stuff".
I see the world differently than in the past. I am loving more, seeing more, feeling more. That must mean I am living more of a conscious life. One of my life lessons, simply living here in the moment.
Something that really helps me in times of difficulties is focusing on my breath, eating well, and excersize.
